If your experiencing issues with you Zoomlock Tool, please fill out the below form. Once the form is filled out, forward it to tdurso@morleyassociates.com. We will then send it in and provide you with a CCF number. With that CCF number you will be able to then send your tool in for repair.
If your tool in not under warranty (2 Years) you can handle the repair process directly. Ship you tool to the address below along with a preaddress label where you want the tool shipped back to AND your contact info. The repair center will call with and estimate.
